Issue

It may take several minutes for the NanoZ to power on.

The nanoZ draws power from the USB connection and, as a new device, connecting triggers a search for, and possible installation of, the drivers. As a result, it may take several minutes for the device to be ready and for the status LED to be lit.

Solution

In general, the device will power up more quickly after it has been connected to the PC for the first time. To minimize initial start-up time, install the drivers and software from the provided CD before connecting the device.
